1. Define the product and destination
Specify what you need, how it will be used, the quantity and unit, delivery country and city, and target date. Attach a reference photograph or drawing if available. Separate essential requirements from optional preferences. For repeat orders, state the expected order frequency rather than promising an unconfirmed annual volume.
2. Include the details that change the quotation
Doors need opening sizes, handing and finishes. Professional kitchens need a floor plan, menu and meals per service. Pumps need flow, head and power details. Greenhouses need site dimensions, climate and crop information. A product name alone rarely gives suppliers enough information to quote comparable equipment.
3. Compare the complete scope
Ask each supplier to identify the model, included components, excluded work, packing, lead time and quotation validity. Clarify whether transport, installation, commissioning, training and spare parts are included or separate. Compare proposals using the same quantity and delivery scope; the lowest unit price may exclude items your project needs.
4. Confirm the supplier and the product
Request company details, relevant product documents and samples when suitable. If a certification or test report matters to your project, check that it applies to the exact product and supplier being offered. Photographs in our catalogue illustrate product families; the selected supplier’s actual model, origin and technical specifications must be confirmed in writing.
5. Prepare your visit to Turkey
Share your preferred dates, product shortlist and decision criteria before planning appointments. Ask to see the relevant production process or samples and prepare your technical questions in advance. TAFRIZON can coordinate factory appointments, hotel and transfer options and interpreting assistance, subject to availability and written confirmation.
6. Clarify destination requirements before ordering
Do not assume that availability in Turkey means a product can be imported or used in every African country. Have the exact product and destination requirements checked with the relevant authorities and your customs specialist before committing. Fertilizers, biostimulants, crop-protection products and seeds are distinct product groups and must not be treated as interchangeable.
What does TAFRIZON do?
We act as an independent sourcing and export intermediary: clarifying requirements, identifying potential suppliers, comparing proposals and coordinating the next steps. We do not present catalogue suppliers as confirmed commercial partners. Availability, origin, specifications, timing and commercial terms depend on the selected supplier’s written offer.
